Dashboard Meter Fogging

Appreciate your inputs highly, guys! The overall picture just became so much clearer, now!! I guess the final step is arranging to order the "item #11", if at all, and eventually gathering up the courage to work on the dashboard innards when the time comes....

I swapped out the outer polarizing film… the only thing on it were the lines between the information… you can orient the film 90 degrees and get a dark display with white graphics… switch it another 90 degrees and you get a light background with black info on the display. The biggest pain was removing the adhesive for the display… 3m adhesive remove works pretty well

It would be cool if you could rotate it with a knob.

That would be interesting to see. I've never seen it mentioned as an option nor as an example from Blue Gauges. It sounds like it would be a great match for the white LED option for the meters. I don't really like the blue background with black digits version.
