Hello, got about 8k miles with the Delkevics and the only complaint I have is they're getting louder and louder over time. It is only subjective and not based on measures but I really feel they are indeed louder.

So I want to hear from you Delkevic users; any thoughts? Advice on repacking?

:hun1: :D I have about 10k on mine and thought they might be a little louder too. Not annoying yet, I don't notice it once we're up to speed, only on acceleration.

I have about 23K on my ST1100 Delkevics. I have the quiet inserts installed - really don't notice any difference on the noise level.

2500 on mine this season. Baffles still in. Sound great. Look great. Gives my ST just a little "attitude" that it needs. It sounds very different from all the bikes I encountered riding the "Tail of the Dragon" last weekend.

I tried wrapping the interior pipe on the quiet tips with bronze wool holding it in place and the sound was much improved for about 60 miles when we got to a meet up. It looked like it was blowing bronze hemorrhoids! had to remove the wool before going on. Of course when putting one of the tips back in, I knocked it into the interior of the muffler. Wouldn't be a big deal in my garage, but with a coat hanger it was a *****. Wish it would have stayed in place 'cuz it's starting to sound like a supercharged lawnmower at the races.
