Duel sport tire for gravel hill climbing

I have a very steep gravel hill going to our family cabin. I have an extra wheel and was thinking about getting a duel sport tire for the back to get up and down the hill. Anyone find one that fits well on the ST1300?

If you want something that is a OK on pavement as well:
Dunlop Trailmax Mission - works good on pavement and on gravel. Long lasting as well.
It is a very stiff walled, heavy tire so it should handle the ST's weight OK.
Don't let the tread pattern put you off. It just works. I have one on my Tuareg. Went to Tuktoyuktuk and back. 6,000 miles of pavement and gravel/dirt and I still have quite a bit of tire left. Not great in greasy mud, but then what is?
I was impressed with the pavement performance which was a bonus.

That looks like it might work and not be horrible on the road. I have a DRZ400 but don't like riding it very far and want a way to get the ST up on this hill and back down.

I have a Perelli scorpion rally str 120 70 18 that was on the front of my ST1300 when I bought it. Previous owner wanted a tire for the gravel roads he rode on in Tennessee. I went the complete opposite direction and went double dark lol. Any chance your coming to OH SToc?

I'm not worried about the front. I just need to get up a gravel hill that I put my truck in 4 wheel drive to get up.

If it is that steep you might want to consider a more gravel orientated front tire as well if you are going to ride it back down.

Whatever tire you get, it might be a good idea to drop your air pressure down to something like 20 psi to give your tires a wider footprint when you’re about to hit the gravel. Do you have a battery powered or 12 V plug-in air pump?
