Edset Modular plug polarity

I bought a set of Edset helmet speakers to replace my failing Starcom speakers. Edset now has a 2 pin modular plug on his speakers and I'm not sure of the polarity of the plug. I will must likely cut off the plug and solder the wires to the Starcom wires. There is no color coding on the wires. They are both black.
 
Contact Ed and ask. He's been excellent answering questions and helping me. He isn't like the other company that "doesn't have that information available".
 
I tried to call him when I ordered the speakers and never got anybody to answer. Tried several times. I received the speakers today and am looking to install them this weekend which means I can't call him.

Headset polarity really doesnt matter, its only with your high powered stereo speakers that it makes a difference
 
I talked to Ed and you are correct. He said it didn't matter as long as I wired all of the speakers the same way.
