A woman carrying a salad at the local buffet restaurant walked past me, looked at my sirloin steak and potatoes and said in a judgmental tone, “You know that a cow died so that you could eat that steak, don’t you?”
I replied politely, “If you weren’t eating her food, she probably would have lived.”
