A BIG Thank you to @Willsmotorcycle and @Ryan_B for the good heads up on locating a set of un-obtainable Horizon bars. it took a while to get around to installing them, they arrived while we were on vacation. Finally got them installed on Monday.

Thanks @MaxPete had to install new clutch slave cylinder. Your write up was excellent and very informative.

Did first test run today with new CSC and Handlebars and what a difference. The clutch has to be pulled almost all the way to the hand grip and engages just off of the hand grip like when it was new. Now my ST 1300 truly is an "old man's bike". It feels like a recliner compared to the other set of Hiel bar mount. :think1: thinking of putting my trikes back rest on the ST... Nope to much:rofl1:!

You are most welcome @diferg!

I must tell you all that even though I no longer own an ST1300 and the CSC repair is literally years in the past, it is gratifying that it is still of use to people in keeping these remarkable old bikes alive.

Kind regards to you all,

Pete
