Thanks for the offer. I'm okay, but last week it took me three different approaches to get to a dental appt in Snohomish. The issue might be getting to your place with all the flooding.
Old house sits on a hill, so no accumulation there. Our biggest worry is the 250 ft high trees in the neighbor's yard. They line right up with our bedrooms when the wind gets bad.
The new place we bought (but haven't moved into) got some water not draining. I cleared the debris blocking the drain and all is well for now.
