1st bike I rode was a 50cc Honda mini bike. I did a few circles, forgot where the brakes were and rode over an 3' embankment, but lived. This thing would have killed me.

That look like a terrible, ill-advised, dangerous little monster. Where are the keys? I'm in line behind Sadlsor and UP....
That was my second bike. My first bike was a moped like this. I paid 10.00 for it. Two weeks paper round money. My first on road bike was a Suzuki X1.

Definitely a CB400F. Clutch cable and valve cover details nail it. And I've got one in the garage for comparison

I've never heard of a Honda 450 4-cylinder.
