In my early learner permit rider training days with the Road Traffic Authority (RTA) here is AUS, RTA had quite a few of these on the fleet (two or three at each of the training locations), could've been 30 or 40 in total. Only used for training, spent 99% of their life in 1st or 2nd gear. But every now and then we'd take one these up the road to get lunch.
Some the little 250's of the day were zippy little bikes, the Kwaka 250 LTD wasn't. At least this one has been kept out of the water and will be dry, and easy to check for oil leakes - if you have some binoculars.
