G'Day...

refreshing 2°C zis mornin'... 🥶
pleasant 16°C, clear blue skies and sun during the day... ☀️

home and office caffeination highlights... ☕

office, dull...

really "appreciate" that 'hippopotamus management style(TM)' practiced here... 🙄
... turn up - big mouth - disappear ... :cautious:

however, half time of the week... 😎

Thanks Martin, and good morning to the rest of you!

4C here and raining, headed to 9C.

Yesterday I unplugged the Wing from the charger and moved it to the front garage. Tire pressures were set, oil was checked (but not changed yet) and the trailer hitch for the new single wheel trailer was tightened and 2 bolts replaced. I was almost home when I remembered I was suppose to stop by the tailor to get 2 pair of jeans hemmed. They were in the passenger seat so unsure I how I missed them.

Hope everyone has a great day.

Obo.

Good morning everyone

Thanks for the coffee, Martin.

It's a cloudy 54°F in Rockville, only going to 60 or so with high chances of light rain from 1400 to 0100 hours- right smack on top of my schedule half-a-round of goof. Fortunately the course is always forgiving under such circumstances, and will cancel tee times at short notice for no charge when the weather's bad.

I put a second coat of stain on the furniture thingy yesterday, and later a first application of top coat. I'll sand that lightly this morning and apply the second coat, before going to a session at the Senior Center about enrolling in Medicare; I'm six months away from turning 65, so it's time to understand the process and implications of the myriad options and choices to be made.

Stay safe and well everyone and tell your dear ones you love them. Do it today, NOW, for tomorrow may be too late.

Good morning, and thanks for the coffee start, Martin.

It's cloudy and 44, becoming partly cloudy and rising to 64, later. It looks like the rain that Keith is expecting later will arrive here overnight.

I had a visiting nurse visit, yesterday, and after a nap, managed to get out to the hospital's ER to retrieve my knife from their storage. I was a little surprised that they still had it after a week and a half.
On the way home, we stopped at our favorite Chinese restauant for some sizzling steak and scallops, white rice and crab rangoons. Oh, and a couple of fog cutters...

Today, I'll have a visit from the physical therapist, which seems a bit early, since I haven't had a follow-up with the podiatrist. We'll see what she has to say.

In other news, Brenda emailed the race coordinator for our Loudon track to say that she wouldn't be there to work on Friday, because of my dr's visits. I'm also going to stay home this weekend, since I don't know how I'll be feeling without the catheter and staples. Better, I'm sure...

Enjoy the day,
Steve
