Yeah, I know I’m biased and have the overzealous commitment of a recent convert, but I love the look of the ST1100 in 2025. Nothing else looks like my beautiful Stella. Stellaaaaa!

Some of my bike friends say she’s ugly but I can get new friends.

The ST1100 design is one that I think is a classic.
It does not have the 'mad bird' look or the 'angular Telsa' look of many new bikes that falls out of fashion with the next wave of designers. ;)

100% agree. If I had one niggle it's the old, heavy glass headlight, But it will NEVER yellow or turn opaque. So I'll keep it!
And once you put LEDs in there it's really bright! ;)

As a happy owner of an ST1300 I feel I must take the opportunity to agree with you. I do appreciate the 1300's extra ccs and the FI and a couple of other thing here and there.

But the look of the 1100 from any angle is more pleasing to my eye. Well except for the cockpit. I do much prefer that of the 1300. One of the things I really like is the 1100's updated look with the clear turn signal lenses (with switchback LEDs. Personal preference but I think it brings the bike to a standout modern look even in 2025. It's a stately — nay — elegant ride for a more civilized time.

Yours is my favorite flavor — something Red. Ok there's a UK Robin Hood Greene or something that pops up from time to time. That's a brilliant color too.
It's one of the few cases where bias is justified and substantiated. Which sort of makes it unbiased. :D

I see you flexing with that color matched topcase....

Hey, I just thought I's point out I'm the only one 'flexing' on this site :roflmao:

Well, I'm biased as well. Who ever drew this bike, did a great job. Talk about flowing lines. Bullet shaped muscular front ,nice rounded hips ( easier seen with the bags off) all to be ruined by my comfortable RDL seat. Oh well, can't have it all . I always thought it looked modern and slick (compaired to what I used to have), but counting years, it's 35 years old. Yikes !!. They don't draw them like that anymore. No wonder I sometimes find people walking around it ,eye balling it from every angle. I'm very happy with my ST's looks. (Glad I got that off my chest)

And that's the prettiest ST color to me! ;)
BTW, it was designed primarily by Honda Germany not Honda Japan.

The look is timeless for those of a certain time.

Looks can be quite subjective (I agree they do look good despite their age)- more important is what they can do. Mine aren’t worth too much, therefore, I will keep them (meaning I would have seller’s remorse if I let them go, even for something newer/ more modern). I prefer older cars and bikes actually.IMG_8815.jpeg
