If you'd only added which battery is best, you woulda had the trifecta.
It is still in production as a Police bike.Ok, perhaps this question has already been asked, if so please direct me to the correct archive thread.
(You would think they would still consider bringing it back into production? They have done this in the past and just recently with the NM4 - which is mind blowing considering how bizarre this bike is.)

No it's not. At least not in the US. There is a separate web page for the police bikes. Since the last year for civilian ST production in the US was 2012 Honda should have removed the page not too long after from its US site. But they might have maintained it while that had a glut in warehouses. It's not uncommon for Honda to show both a current and previous year bike. I'm guessing that too is because of a surplus of a given model/model year.
