yes on the acronym I throw them around so people think Im hip

Using acronyms is a double edge sword. Overuse of them can just as easily make a post irritating to read, or unreadable. If the reader has to keep stopping to figure out what the acronym means, or worse yet have to stop to look it up, it just is no longer worth the effort. The result is that many people will just ignore the post, which defeats the purpose of it.
