Key in Ignition Lock not Working!

@LadyEJ how did this turn out?
It's been a few days, and some of us are anxious for a success story. Was Larry able to help?
So many questions...
After a quick call, we discovered her forks were slightly out of alignment, just enough to bind the lock.
She was in Georgia, very close to John, so I called him and pulled a favor, and he went over there and fixed it for her.
He is going to follow up, and go through her ignition and fork alignment when he can schedule her in.
She was probably too busy to post this.
Sorry for the delay, and keeping members in the loop.
Results and corrections will be posted when it happens, as it happens.
Because unlike me, John has a day job.
Thanks for helping out John.

You need to check your alignment. Your fork is awfully sunk in. The book calls for the fork cap line to be 1mm above the triple tree.
But could be the angle of the camera.

Now both of the acknowledged ST1300 whisperers on this forum are in agreement, at least on this side of the Atlantic (with a nod to the esteemed Mr. Heath.)

Just sayin'.

I use the one from the lockable fairing cover to open the gas cap, and when I leave the bike for any length of time or in a questionable area, I remove all 3 keys. Otherwise I just leave them in
I've got some blanks and four knobs from some year of GoldWing radio that are probably close in size to what you have from the looks of it. One of those whenigetroundtoit things. It is a slick mod.

The funny thing is I didn't see the spat until after I replied. Oh look let's comment on a picture... oh look let's reply on a post...
