LED headlights

I've been using Hikari led headlights (Y45-H4 9003) for several years. just had one of the fans on the unit quit. Can't see to find the same model. Anyone out there use anything different? Need to just replace them both I guess. I know they're 45w dual eliment. Thanks for your help!

Very bright and no big fan in the back. Since the flange is thicker, however, it is more difficult to get the wire bale loosened and fastened. I have had one go bad in about a year. Don't know if that's a trend or a one-off.
