If you are not going to mount a top box, you could get LED lights from Amazon or your favorite truck part store and add aux. brake and/or indicator lights up there. I suspect this bracket is not in high demand and the likelihood of selling it is slim. Just my guess.
Make Aniwack a deal. He uses them on rehab units. I sold mine to him. Forgot the price already. Glad it's in use.
