Good morning everyone

There's freshly-brewed Cubano roast in the pot for you once again today. Come enjoy some, if you like.

It's 65°F and clear in Rockville, with sunny skies and a high around 88 expected. It'll feel humid until around 1000 then drop into the "comfortable" zone for the remainder of the day.

Yesterday's round of goof was enjoyable solely due to the company; my level of play was abysmal. Oh well, "it's just golf" as an acquaintance of mine says (and he's a golf professional).

Today will get going with an 0800 dental cleaning followed by a routine blood draw at the behest of my cardiologist, then breakfast followed by ... who knows what, before a half round of goof in the late afternoon.

Stay safe and well everyone and tell your dear ones you love them. Do it today, NOW, for tomorrow may be too late.

Morning all, and thanks Keith for the coffee. I'll use the cup to warm my hands this morning.

Why? It was 4C for the ride into work. Heated grips were on and I almost went back for my jacket liner. It was clear, but you could see the low lying fog over the wetlands as the water was warmer than the air. Fall is definitely coming. It should pop up to 16 under cloudy skies later today.

Hope everyone has a great day and remembers to service your snowblower.

Obo.

Good morning and thanks for the cubano coffee , Keith.

I stayed up late last night , watching a movie series, so Laguna's wake up seemed a bit early.
I'm pretty sure that there's a nap in my future, later.

It's 59 and partly cloudy, becoming more cloudy with a 30% chance of rain this afternoon.
The temperature should rise to 78.

Yesterday's Club day at the track was pretty quiet, with only about a dozen participants. The number of cars petered out after lunch, and they called it at 3:00pm.

I briefly tried to remove the stair backing boards , but the rusted deck screws prevented success. I'll take a more aggressive approach , today.

Enjoy your day,
Steve

Good morning all!
Thanks for your inspiration this morning, Keith!

Yes, @Obo, the mornings are much cooler, but it is September! We had rain again overnight, it’s a balmy morning now!
:run1:
We’re off to a breakfast meeting, it’s just over an hours drive, but never mind, it’s keeping me from doing any work!
Enjoy your day!

That reminds me. I'm in the dog house. I accidentally set off the smoke detector at 5:30 this morning (burnt toast) when the 5 other adults and the cat were still sound asleep.

Alarming!

Meep meep!

Thanks for the Cuban Keith.
Seems the missing wallet will sadly remain missing, at least until after you've replaced the d/l and whatever cards were at risk.
The good news is, you're retired and have all the time you need.
(I kid. Still a pain.)
Another dry hot day, but i can tell the mornings are cooler.
Y'all know I love my summer, but at some point it will disappear just like Keith's wallet, only i can't just make some phone calls to replace it.
Work is still work, but I like what I do, so the only thing better would be more pay and more time off... or retirement.
The mobile mower guy had put me off till next Monday.
Actually looking forward to riding the Dang Deere again, as walking around the yard has left me soaking wet and in desperate need for a shower.
Already looking like another post going long, so I'll just get a Black Rifle refill and move along.
See y'all later.
I'm glad for those of you who are excited about fall.
I'm not, because it only means winter is next.
Pfffttt.

Morning all! Sunny and beautiful today,14C now, 20C later.

Working from home today so I thought I would pop down to the local hospital to get an x-ray done that my doctor gave me a req for. Thought I'd be smart and get there just as the imaging clinic opens. Apparently, the teeming masses had the same idea but got there 5 minutes before the clinic opened. Turned around and drove home. At least it was a beautiful morning for a drive.

Obo, at least it was actual burnt toast.....

Hope everyone has a great day!

Morning Keith & All from sunny, Southern Utah!

Currently it is 72F, heading for 88F. No clouds insight at this moment. And no breeze either! But the winds will not let us down (or alone ... :well1: ) so, later they will be out of the NNW @ 9 to 15mph.

And the weather for the week of WeSTOC 30 is still looking great! :hat3:

Chris and I finished up the Solar Light install for Chris's friend.

Today, I'll be mowing & weed eating the yard. And then I'll get back to more things to do for WeSTOC 30.

Eggs. bacon, toast, OJ & Lemon Tea. Pepsis will continue to live in the ice chest, at least until Friday, when the repair guy comes by to hopefully fix our fridge.

ANyone :bk13:, have a great day on the roads! :hat3:

Good morning and thanks Keith for the caffeine infusion. 78 degrees with rain at the moment. If I was going to work, rain gear would be needed.
Yesterday was hot and greasy with the airport recording a heat index of 102. Needless to say not much was accomplished here.
I'll try to get back to the paint job today.

Stay safe!!
