Hi-ho, hi-ho, off to the day we go! Alright I'll shut up:well1:

Green Mountain Dark is in the pot! Making a new batch of sourdough.

The Wing runs flawlessly! I chose the 6-speed instead of the DCT-no regrets.

Now that the CarPlay is functional-different scrolling icons for 2025 was frustrating setting it up

probably was more me than the instructions:shrug2:.

Y'all have a great day!

hugs

Dave

btw does anybody know when @Obo and @Upt'North will appear again?

good morning all. thanks for the coffee Dave. 75F on the dog walk with a ton of clouds and a full moon hiding behind them. I looked at my alarm this morning and saw 2:26 am, so got up and dressed. dogs looked at me like I was crazy. I somehow missed the #1 in front of the 2. it was 12am not 2. Oh well up and dressed. the dogs and I finished our walks 2 hours early. got gym this morning and I'm sure a nap this afternoon as the high temp will hit 95F. enjoy the day

stay safe

Thx Dave!
Yesterdays ride got cancelled since my son in law came over to help me launch the new mooring.
No problems other than a wiseass constantly commenting on it all.
He nearly got to sleep with the fishes.

Today will be small errands and some cooking.

Tonight is a choir practise, and I’m gonna inform them that I resign from after the summer.
My fingers and other maladies (not melodies) are acting up, and I need to use my remaining strenght on family and motorcycling.

14˚c/57f, sunny, pretty calm, nice!!!

Have a good one!
Stu

An early boatride this morning

Good morning everyone

Thanks for the coffee and comics, Dave.

Weather in Rockville: 58°F -> 76. Clear -> sunny -> cloudy -> rain after 1900 hours

Goof: happening.

Dehumidifier: needs new humidity sensor, evidently. Or maybe just operate with the back of the case off? We'll see.

Uke: practice later.

Writing project: done, finally. Turned out to be just light editing rather than heavy lift.

Stay safe and well everyone and tell your dear ones you love them. Do it today, NOW, for tomorrow may be too late.

Good morning all!
Thanks for the hot start & sourdough Dave!

We managed to get out for a trip looking for critters last evening!
We saw a bear, 4 deer, 2 porcupines, a Coyote, numerous Sandhill Cranes and Turkeys.

I should measure the route we take, it covers a fairly large area here on the Bruce Peninsula.
Currently 46 warming to 71 with a westerly breeze to fan our warm faces.
Enjoy your day!

Good morning, and thanks for the coffee and funnies, Dave.

It's 41 and sunny, rising to 72 with more sun, later.

Our race weekend ended on a higher note, with some good racing and minimum chaos. We actually ended the day early, due to the lack of stoppages.

Today, I'll pick up our cat, Freya, and mow the lawn.
Maybe a walk with the neighbor's dog.

Have a great day
Steve

94% of people drink coffee...
the remaining 6% cry a lot...

G'Day...

7°/17°C, dry, partially cloudy...

Back in the mine, meh!...
commute/traffic, meh!...
office, meh!...
desk, meh!...
emails, meh!...
dealing with clients and coworkers, barf!... ;)

I'd rather be out riding!

Have a good one anyway!

Good morning, all, and thanks for the coffee and giggles, Dave!

Today, we'll see a mix of sun and clouds for the most part, with a couple of "mainly sunny" hours thrown in this afternoon. Temps are quite pleasant: 11°C/52°F now, 19°C/66°F later.

A very Happy Birthday to our very own @Sadlsor. Hope your day is an excellent one and involves a ride with Kaiser!

Right, gotta get my act in gear. Everyone have a great day, stay safe and go safely.

Patty

G'mornin' from SoMD! Nobody's bladder is to blame for this morning's rise though I did go... Just wasn't eyeball-floating necessary.

A gorgeous and cool 55F/13C. Door is open wide to bring in some fresh cool air (screened to keep the herd in and bgs out). Today is WFH, with possibly a grocery pickup. And rehearsal this evening.

Got to mow the lawn with the rider yesterday to give it some exercise and me some practice as I don't use it often. And the better half loved the bouquet I picked out...mission accomplished.

Time to get going so take care y'all!

Thanks for the coffee, Dave. My getting out of the house early routine took a hard setback today, as i napped a lot yesterday - good - but woke up at 0345 this morning - bad - and got up for an hour, so when I went back to bed I was sleeping hard, and over- exercised the Snooze button.
70% chance of rain when I get off work later, so the bikes and trailer will stay parked today.
We've had an overpopulation of raindrops, and everything around is soaking wet. But not my dog, we stayed inside last night.
Just another manic Monday.
I don't know Amy Krause Rosenthal, but she advises us:
"Pay attention to what you pay attention to."
My addition:
If you do not, you could find yourself learning to play the ukulele.
Gotta bounce, I'll check in later.

Good morning, everyone. Thanks for the coffee, Dave.

I also woke up around 1:30. Stayed awake for about an hour, then put in the earbuds to listen to an audio book, since I couldn’t sleep. I didn’t last 5 minutes before I was sound asleep and didn’t wake until 7:30.

Strange weather this morning. The first glance out the window showed lots of water dripping off the roof, trees and shrubs, but when I opened the door to let Teddy out, there was nothing but blue sky. I guess some stray cloud did a drive-by shower.

64/75 for today, so I’m headed out to feed the birds. I now have a Mockingbird that will take a grape from my hand. It’s strange, as he’ll only eat one a day. Birds are strange, but they probably say the same about me.

Morning Dave & All from sunny, but :wind1: , Southern Utah!

Currently it is 71F, up from 58F and heading for 78F. In two days, the high will be 60F and the low around 39F, go figure! The winds are from the S @ 17 to 31mph. And later, we could se them up to 55MPH.

Happy Birthday Mark ( @Sadlsor ) :hat3:

I'll be getting back to work on the AZ05 project. At least with it running on just starter fluid, that's a good sign for me. Very encouraging! :hat3:
I'll attach the throttle cables and throw some gas in it, so I can get it to run for a little longer. I also, still need to put the back end together.

Eggs, bacon, toast & OJ to start the morning. Pepsi(s) will be on the menu for later.

Anyone :bl13:, have a great day on the roads! :hat3:

Happy Birthday Mark!

I finished the outside crib this afternoon & moved it into place.
Tomorrow, my carpenter will do his magic and when the lumber makes an appearance it will get a deck over the whole shebang!

Didn't you do this last year, too? What happened to that one?

Didn't you do this last year, too? What happened to that one?
I have built two of these before, both at my last place of residence.
The old dock here was almost non- existent!
So, here I am doing it once again!
Judy insisted that I have help building it!
I even bought the cedar logs this time, as they are much smaller & shorter due to not having to worry about ice damaging them!
