When I left Grants NM I did not have cord showing on the rear, but I happened to look at it this morning and am glad I ordered front and rear from the Brothers!!!

Gee, Mac... glad you made it home with not incidents! That is running it a little thin! Remember, if you are out this way and need something to get you home, I can help you out. Keep rescue tires for wings now also. Then again, I'm not far from two brothers anyway... whatever.

Couldn't you just trowel on some JB Weld and get some real mileage out of your tires?

Sure would be nice to see a cut away cross section of that area one you change it out. Just wondering how thick the rubber was in that area. Looks like you wore it though 3 layers of cords.

You are still good to go as the air is not showing yet!!! :D
I did just that a couple years ago when SupraSabre was getting a tar change by Byron. Stuck my pocket knife thru the black center and pushed it sideways to show the cross section. There ain't much rubber under those cords! :22yikes:
