Helmets New Nolan N43 "Air" Helmet!

I have been researching this helmet since I need air flow on hot days due to a physical problem. The helmet being sold in the US is not the 'air' model sold in Europe. It does not have the innovative ventilation system and is called the 'trilogy' model here. If anyone has a trilogy, what do you think of the ventilation? Thanks.
