Hi all,
I'm about to order a RF1000 and read this thread. I googled pinlock but don't quite understand. Do you drill holes in your visor for these pins? Order a visor with them already in?

I didn't see it here so I'll risk a re-post. Shoei's have a neat little trick with the shield lock. If you turn it in the opposite direction from locking down your shield, it will crack the bottom open ever so slightly, and as long as you're moving, you won't get the foggies. I have the RF-1000 and a new Multi-Tec and this little trick works perfectly on both.
