New to the st1300

I just joined and I'm trying to get the approval from the admins to post items here..
I intend to get heli bars and change the way my ST1300 handles

I also intend to create a camera mount underneath the rear view mirror on the driver side by using the spotlight accessory that's already attached there

Pretty sure that he means the auxiliary lights that are visible under the turn signal housings in the photo.

Welcome aboard. Helibars will not change the way the bike handles. H-bars allow a range of positions and can push your handgrips back and up a bit, giving you a more upright posture. This is unlike the h-bar spacers which moved the handlebars up and back a fixed amount.

If you want to change the way the bike handles, you can raise or lower the rear suspension via the preload.

Hello Gus, I just joined the group. Took me a little bit... I'm attaching a picture of the spotlights made by PIAA which are attached underneath the rear view mirror... Although it's not 100% stable, it's good for a lightweight camera.
Since I got handlebar risers with a RAM mount on them, I decided to attach an extension on there as a primary means for my 360 camera... Just sharing some ideas and thanks for your replies

Well I'm going to have to agree that the bike doesn't handle differently. It's me that's different... I handle differently. In other words, my back is not as bent forward and I feel a lot better on my ride... This was a great idea... Appreciate your input man. I'll attach a couple pictures. Thanks again!!
