Old Enough To Remember?

A 56 Chevy was hard to gas up unless you knew it was behind the left taillight.
I had a 57 Chevy and the gas cap was hidden in a flip out panel right below the taillight.

And when the gas cap got old and the seal was tired the gas would come flying out the back of the car when you stomped on the gas.
But at least gas was only $.39 a gallon back then ... ;)

... can't beat the feeling indeed...

I don't know what's being sold in Austria these days, but American Coke switched from real sugar to fructose some time in the early '80s IIRC. Anybody who had experience with the real sugar version could tell a difference in the "texture".

The Coca-Cola produced in Mexico currently is made from real sugar, its fairly common around here in Mexican restaurants, taco shops, and Costco.

I believe fructose is not allowed. That's why Mexico has "sugar" Coke. That also applies to Europe I think.
