Welll.. I'm always on the lookout to try something new myself... and having built in alignment indicators will help tremendously. 
On another note.. the GYTT has a 1/3 higher tread wear score and slightly better speed rating, but either speed is fine.
Doing the math on the rated tread life, the GYTT should cost $116.18 if it had the same tread life.
By the numbers the new tire has 1/32 less tread depth.

Probably end of February I'll be looking to replace my rear too.

Cost is alway in my thought about tires, but Darkside tires are something I can let go a little high if needed.
I use a little more Scientific method........they look good.....
