Planning a run up the Oregon coast in September and wondering if anyone has recommendations for campgrounds. There appear to be many choices along the route. Looking for something sheltered from the wind, maybe in the east side of 101. Thanks!

+1 on sheltered from the wind. A work colleague had his tent trailer blow over during one trip to the west coast.

Have stayed at a few state parks along the coast. Most were very good.
