Tim's 03 ST1300 black plastic trim was looking more grey than black, I found this plastic paint that works great. Here are a couple of pictures of the difference.
Just an FYI, If the black trim isn't to far gone you can do the same with a heat gun. I used a heat gun on my 95 ST1100 trim and it came back to life looking new with the exeption of the nicks and scratches that happened over the years. Super easy peasy lemon squeezy. THe plastic you paited looks great though!
Just an FYI, I have recently used black and decker touch up paint on my faded plastic. Its very cheap here in BC. $12 a can, fast drying and made for plastic tool parts.
The duplicolor is $23 a can here.
