On my bike that I built from scratch, I ran one line from the rear master to the top banjo bolt of the rear caliper. I blocked off the rear banjo bolt hole. Both the caliper and the master cylinder are ST1300 parts. Where the problem lies is that the brake pedal is rock hard and I can nearly stand on it while riding without worry of locking the brake up. My question is this- with the line connected to the caliper the way I have it, am I actuating all three pistons, or just one, or just two? If not all three, would running a 2nd line to the rear banjo actuate all three pistons?

As to why my brakes are like this, I have a GSX-R front end on it so linked brakes aren't an option.

Thanks!

Ah, there we go. Much appreciated, guys! Looks like the rear master's sized for three pistons (one on each of the three calipers) and the way I have it connected is only operating the one center piston. That'd explain why it's rock hard and I'm getting next to no braking force. I'll have a 2nd brake line made up to actuate the other two pistons and will update this thread with the results when I do.
