Due to an unfortunate meeting with road debris.. :nuke1: ..I need both tires for my 1300.
Where did you buy and how much was final price, with freight, for both the front and rear.
Your input is greatly appreciated...!!!!:headbang:
Thanks, ToddC

Move along and get Road 5s. Michelin finally fixed the weird lumpy wear that 3s and 4s have.

PR4's are about gone. Out of stock everywhere.

I can "usually" get tires from Revzilla in 2 days. (old normal vs new normal)

Just put an Angel GT2 on the rear. 500 miles in, my initial impression is that they are considerably stiffer than the PR4, takes longer to warm up, and the less aggressive tread pattern is a bit more squirrely on the marbles. No wobbliness on grooved pavement but I just have the rear. Haven't tried it in the wet yet.

Did you get the regular spec one?
I was dragging the lower black cowl after 50 miles on mine.
Never an issue warming up in California weather. Used them year round.
Check your tire pressure and preload.

I ended up at Chaparral Motors, chapmoto.com, when I ordered the new set for the Yammie. Pretty sure Jeff ended up buying his CTX rubber there too.

Where and how much$$$$

There didn't appear to be a heavy duty version of the Angel2 in the size for the 1300. Don't think it matters. The PR4's were velvety soft. With the Angel2 I can feel gravel that I can't even see. I've got a video of me jumping up and down on the new unmounted tire and it barely flexes. Tried to upload from my phone but the forum doesn't like the mp4 format.

This forum like many doesn't host video in any format. You could post it to YouTube and then post that link here. That how it's done for all the YT videos you see here.
