Recommendations for thicker grips?

My right hand begins to cramp on longer rides when gripping the thin standard bar grips on my ST1300. I once had Kuryakyn Iso Grips on another bike, and those helped this same issue. Does anyone have recommendations for thicker grips they like that fit these bikes? I might try raising the handlebars at some point, but I don’t think bar height is the issue. Only my right hand starts to cramp up. Not the left. Otherwise, seating posture feels fine.

Thanks for any recommendations!

I put BMW grips on mine. It's been so long ago, I couldn't tell you what the part number is but I only paid $20 for them at the BMW dealer.

Amazing how we are all different. Over the years all my bikes Honda CB350, CBR600rr,CBR1000rr, VFR800, ST1100 all had the stock grips - never had any complaints, pain, cramps or even vibration, (except occasional numbing and sore wrists on all day rides on the CBR's) . Recently purchased an ST1300 the original owner installed a Throttlemeister - with bigger, thicker, soft plush grips - I was quite looking forward to trying them out ! Turns out after a few hours my throttle hand I've gotten bad cramping particularly the thumb and just below the thumb ! I had to use the Throttlemeister - took some figuring out - to get some relief. I plan to do some long distance touring and am considering going back to stock Honda smaller diameter grips ! Stock are also harder but I preferred the feedback I got from the front end with them.
I thought perhaps my hands were too small for the aftermarket grip - but I wear a quality leather glove in an XL. I'll be interested to see what others comments are about this and will check out the other grips already mentioned.
Edit : just checked mine are the Grip Puppies mentioned by Skidgillen! I may remove as apparently the stock are just underneath the Puppies !
- what a great site so much info and knowledgeable helpful people : )

I have had Smartskin grip buddies on for several years and really like them. $25 and work with my heated grips. This may be what some are referring to. Not sure if I can put the link in or not but do a search for name above. Well here is the link as they used to be called Beemer Buddies.

For a first shot, try a Throttle Rocker, its about 10 bucks. I use on all my bikes... you can hold the throttle open with a loose open palm. It really helps fatigue on the right hand.
Next I have some new grip puppies I decided not to use.... $10 its yours with shipping included.... PM me if interested.
And more, ProGrip has quite a few great grips take a look there.... The 719s are my favorite....

And generally, stock Honda grips suck......

Easy to install and a great improvement over the skinny OEM Honda grips.
