Good morning, was considering having a Russell day long seat built for my 2006. ST and was curious, if anybody had any feedback or have one of these and does it make a big difference, I just installed Healy bar risers, also, so if anybody has any knowledge on this, give me some feedback thank you

I had a Russell seat on my 92 K100. It was a great seat and definitely made a difference. However, best seat in the history of motorcycle seats was the air seat on my 2008 Harley police special. That thing was designed to have your butt planted on it for an 8-12 hour shift. Best seat I ever rode on.

While just about the most expensive saddle one can buy for any motorcycle, it's also rated by most riders as the best available, especially if you get one built to fit you.
The most in-demand saddle among Iron Butt Really contestants, if that tells you anything.
As I can ride 24hrs on the stock saddle, I have not prioritized that in my farkle list.
Your Butt may vary.

Ty appreciate it

Russell Day Long seats are expensive. The final price varies on the cover (leather or not) heated option, include the pillion, your weight, etc. It is NOT the most expensive seat out there. I have half a million miles on Russell seats and when I bought my wing in December my first call was to Russell to get a build date. Stock seats, on all motorcylces, ever, suck. BTW, don't judge your russell until you've broken it in. It gets better after 5-700 miles.

You can also have the rear saddle, just covered, to match your front.

Oh I wanted to see what 1 of them looked like on an S.T, that looks really nice.I can't wait to get in mind.I appreciate the tip on the back seat.I'll probably have that done.Yeah, that seat looks really comfortable.I know that'll work a lot better than the o.E!M

Another Russell rider.

I've had 5 Russell's built for me, 2 ST1100 dual, 1 solo, 1 solo Valkyrie 1500, 1 dual for V85TT. My first one was re-done at a little over 200 K miles. The vinyl they use is top shelf stuff. I rode my bike to work so it set out in the weather (rain and sun) here in Florida.
