Good morrow!
Coffe is ready, same brand as yesterday, Coop, no chickens involved.

15˚c/59f, rain, gale from northwest, it’s shite.

I started the day by making fish cake mixture, Mrs Stu wants me to fry them outside because of the rich odeur….
But it’s raining, and blowing, so I’ve put the mixture on hold for a few hours.

Peter is coming over later.

Have a good (fish cake) one!
Stu

Good morning everyone

Thanks for the Coop coffee, Stu.

It's 66°F and very humid in Rockville, with mostly cloudy skies and a high of 77 expected. Rain may develop late this evening, or may hold off until tomorrow. Whatever the case, yesterday and Wednesday definitely felt like the first hints that a change in seasonal weather pattern is imminent. Looking ahead, for example, I see no day with a forecast high temperature above 85, with nights ranging from the low 60s to just over 70.

All too soon I'll be going through my warmer clothes looking to see what's ready to come out of storage. :(

But not today. I don't know what I will be doing today, but it won't be that.

Stay safe and well everyone and tell your dear ones you love them. Do it today, NOW, for tomorrow may be too late.

Good morning, all, and thanks for the coffee, Stu! You had me going me going for a minute with the mention of "coffee and cakes," until I realized you were referring to fish cakes. That's OK, I quite like fish cakes...just not for breakfast! Save me one or two for later! :)

Another glorious day has dawned on (and around) my beloved island. The sun will shine all day, and we'll have somewhat warmer and more humid conditions this afternoon than yesterday, as the current temp of 16°C/61°F climbs to a high of 26°C/79°F with a feels-like of 30°C/86°F. I can see and feel the season starting to shift; the mornings are noticeably cooler and some of the leaves of the honey locust trees in our courtyard are already beginning to turn bright yellow. We're moving toward what has become my favourite time of year in this part of the world: late summer into autumn. Cool mornings and evenings, lovely, warm afternoons without the stifling humidity of summer, gorgeous colours. Alas, that means that our long, cold winter lies in wait, just beyond. Ah, well, such is the cycle of the seasons.

Everybody have a good weekend, stay safe and go safely.

Patty

Morning Stu & All from sunny, Southern Utah!

Currently it is 73F, heading for 91F with threats (according to the weather guessers) of thunderstorms. I'm pretty sure most of it will either go around us or not even get close. No breeze yet, but later the winds will be blowing out of the SW @ 16 to 28mph.

I had removed the windshield mechanism from the AZ05 :bk13: and sold to one of the members here. And because I had removed the headlight assembly, the bike wasn't able to start with the tipover switch removed with the headlight. So yesterday, I mounted (with just a couple of bolts) the headlight back on and connected the tipover switch and started it up. After a couple of growns, it fired right up. I'm still amazed that it even runs, and after WeSTOC 30, I'll need to get back to it and finish it up. After all, this coming January, it'll be two years since I started the engine swap on it! :redface-2x:

Today, I have a talk to prepare for Sunday. In our church, they ask the members to give 15 minute talks. This will be the first talk I've given, probably in 15 years. I guess, I'm overdue! :notworthy:

Once Chris is up, we'll have some breakfast. And with Plenty of Pepsi(s) on hand, I'll knock out one or two today.

Anyone :bl13:, have a great day on the roads! :hat3:

WeSTOC 30 is getting CLOSER!

Good morning and thanks for the coffee, Stu.
I'll pass on the fish cakes, thank you.

It's 55, going to 77 in our little part of Oregon, today. It'll be mostly cloudy as well.

We got off to a late start, yesterday , but managed a trip to the mall, where we perused the offerings at Barnes and Noble, and Crate and Barrel. We didn't buy anything , since we'd then have to bring it all home.
The
Grandkids had another taekwando class , but we didn't watch, this time.
Got a killer burger at Killa Burger.

Today's plan is to visit the local Top Golf venue for a few hours. Maybe a little shopping, if we have the chance.

Enjoy your day,
Steve

Good Morning, Thanks Stu , the cartoon reminds me of a joke about the two Canadians in Hades, Punch line goes something like This, Satan freezes the place, the Canadians are jumping and dancing around happy as can be. Which has Satan totally baffled and asks the two why are they so happy. Their response, Hell frozen over means the Toronto Maple Leafs won the Stanley cup. With that back to the weather,16 C mix of Blue and White Sky high 22 C wind 10 mph from the SE humidity 89% .
So took Mea2 grocery shopping yesterday, wife gave me a bigger list than Lady could carry, so went for a ride after dinner, 2 hours of wondering around Delta and White Rock, was a excellent time. Not much on the agenda today other than feed the Dog and Cat. Okay Y'all have a great day G
