Morning, everyone. Folgers is hot and ready for your enjoyment,so help yourselves.

It’s 62 here, with a yard full of campers. Should reach a sunny 84 latter. So far, 9 riders have arrived early for the RTE, with around 10 more expected by noon.

@Sadlsor Time to saddle up, and head this way. The vultures riders are circling the brisket.

I wish all the coffee club members could have made it, even the ones across the pond, and the one that’s only watching.

Pictures will be added later.

John

Morning all, and thanks John for the coffee.

If the one that only watches ever comes, so will be the fella with two O's and one B.

12C and cloudy, headed to 18 later on. I think today may be ride on mower shopping day, having spent a couple of days looking at local sellers, brands, models, and trying to decide among a crapload of videos the pros, cons and issues that each model face. Without getting into zero-turn mower prices, they all seem to have a common flaw among one style, the k-46 hydromatic, non serviceable transmission.

Since money is an option, I'll just have to settle once again for affordable over desirable. I'm sure most of you can relate. :)

Hope everyone has a super day, and that the RTE is everything you hoped it to be!

Obo.

Good morning everyone

Thanks for the brisket-scented coffee John, and for continuing to be such a good and generous person. Wish I could be there; glad you've got good weather for it, after all your recent rain.

It's brilliantly sunny and 69°F in Rockville. The high later on will be 90 or more, under continued sunny skies, but the humidity level remains low enough that it won't be excessively sticky.

I've been voluntold to help out at the annual Japanese American Citizen's League picnic today, which is fine by me.

Stay safe and well everyone and tell your dear ones you love them. Do it today, NOW, for tomorrow may be too late.

Good morning, and thanks for the coffee start, John.
I hope everyone has a great day to go along with great BBQ.

Each year, I see your invite posted, and think "I've got to go", but never block out the time. I've got to be a bit more involved in my time planning.

It's 64 and sunny in MA this morning, rising to 86 with a mix of sun and clouds.

Yesterday, I was enjoying my coffee, when the phone reminded me of my barber's appointment. I made it on time, and then took the Wing to be inspected.
When I got to the dealer's inspection station, I found a note on the door saying that they were out of stickers. :(
There's a BMW dealer about 10 minutes away, so I stopped there and got that task taken care of. :)
I got a chance to ogle their showroom bikes, while there, and found 2 or 3 that I'd like in my driveway.
I then headed over to our Son's place, where Brenda was babysitting the grand kids.
She was actually only babysitting one, as our granddaughter had been taken to the hospital with back pain.
After the typical hospital wait, she was sent home, and she's fine, now.
DIL missed her online class, and will need to review the video of it, before part 2 next week.
Joe left work early, and we all enjoyed a bit of pizza, before the grandkids went to bed and we went home.

Today, I guess I'll need to address the leaking hose bib. I thought my plumbing issues were over, given the almost total replacement of said plumbing...
I'm sure that I'll be reminded of something else, as soon as I press "Post Reply".
Maybe I can hoist a rib in John's honor at Goodstuff Smokehouse. :)

Have a great day,
Steve

Good morning, and thanks for the coffee.
and the one that’s only watching.
I was planning riding up for the meatfest, but plans changed.
I am watching my daughters doggies while her family is on vacation.
I loaded up my trailer with tools to see if I can get some projects done while I'm here.IMG_2258.jpeg
Their enclosed porch is uninsulated, and they would like to enjoy it year round.

Good morning, all, and thanks for making a pot for us, John, amidst all your other tasks and the hordes descending on you. Hope your RTE is a great event (as it always seems to be) and that everyone has a blast. Sure wish I could drop by for a rib and to say hey!

It's a wet, dismal day here, after a run of gorgeous, sunny weather. Not only will it rain all day - hard at times - but we're also under a strong thunderstorm alert from around 4 to about 7 p.m. Doesn't look like the rain has any intention of stopping until tomorrow afternoon. Good weather for hunkering down in my Hobbit Hole and reading books, playing music, maybe painting some watercolours and drinking tea. Good for the soul.

Everybody have a good one, stay safe and go safely, especially if you're headed to John's place!

Patty

Good Morning, thanks John, 49 F breezy at 6 mph, possible wet stuff for a couple of hours, then the Sun should break out. Last night started packing Lady for the trip to Edmonton. Might have to buy a bigger rear seat bag,if I go bike camping, and water repelling. One question I need to answer for my self which coat to wear. Have three options, leather, Olympia ( three layer),or my Scott mesh. No space to pack options. Planning to leave this Friday , guess the weather will decide which coat to wear. Today's agenda, get filtered Water, and eggs. Cheers G
