Good morning one and all

There's freshly-brewed French roast coffee in the pot, waiting for you to enjoy.

It's 56°F in Rockville under mostly cloudy skies. The high may reach 68, and scattered light rain showers are possible later this morning and again around 1600 hours. That may put a crimp in my thinking that it would be fun to bicycle the ten miles or so to the closest municipal cricket ground this afternoon to watch some more rec league level play. I have no alternate or backup activity in mind.

Stay safe and well everyone and tell your dear ones you love them. Do it today, NOW, for tomorrow may be too late.

thanks for the start and I'd say do it now, never mind the consequence of the ride back, tomorrow guy's problem, remember gerry seinfeld tomorrow guy you, know, the guy that doesn't get the ... well, wouldn't that be nice
all serious today, have to get ready for the big journey the big.... journey.... always nervous first outing of the spring, just a small trip and the rest goes easy
price of gas holy shmolley; peaked at about 2.4, big announcement the world got it together, dipped to 2.15 so I guess that's the new norm
what the market will bear...
Hope it doesn't stop anyone's fun, won't stop mine;
I like smoke and lightnin' heavy metal thunder
racin with the wind
and the feelin that I'm under
first time i heard that I was ridin my sister's boyfriends mustang bicycle along [what was the street] in Kelowna in 1968
that was a cool bike, mustang with a banana seat and sissy bar, a bit worn out but hey, :rolleyes-2x: [edit] well, I guess it's a family show and there's some jokes you can't make
Hope everyone gets out for a rip

Good morning and thanks for the coffee, Keith

It's raining in MA and the temperature is 42.
We're told to expect on and off rain as the temperature rises to 50.

Yesterday's ride was nice, and we got to Janine's as some sprinkles started. We got our scoop of ice cream, but reading their menu, that's not all they do. We'll have to go back for lunch, once it warms up more.

We drove to the restaurant across the street from our house for dinner, since I'm not walking as well as I used to.

Today I have no plans, especially since it's going to rain.

Enjoy your day,
Steve

G'mornin y'all from SoMD! Well it was a disappointing start to the day as the wife had to scratch her riding events due to a lame horse. So I got up early and chugged down a cup o French to get here for nothing. Thanks Keith!

Yesterday I rode more miles in one day than I can remember, over 200. Went from home to work to Cambridge for a casino event and back home. I wasn't sure how I'd do or feel but it went pretty well. Necks a bit sore and was starting to hurt in the right shoulder bc my throttle lock wouldn't hold to give some relief. Otherwise it ran fine. Probably time for an oil change as the gear changes are getting clunky and less precise (for an ST). Oh, and I got almost 50 mpg though in truth my speedo reads fast now with the different tire size. Still, I'll take it.

Not much else for today. Weather is cool and rain is on the way as Keith reported. We'll see what I decide to get done...or procrastinate. Take care y'all!

Post note: kicking myself for not snapping a Pic in Cambridge for the MD A to Z. Ugh!

Good Morning, happy Saturday. Thanks Keith. Cloudy outside, forgot to charge the phone last night so don't know what the temperature is, cold enough to put a jacket on when I went to open the Air Park Gate. Have made and eaten Breakfast,2 eggs Sunny side up on Sourdough toast. Today's agenda, quick grocery store run and Filtered water . This afternoon hopefully, check out a Mobile home for our property in Williams lake, price is reasonable, more like should be able to get a loan. In any case road trip. Y'all have a great day G

Thank you Keith.
Go for a ride, take your rain gear.
Don't know what all I'll do today, might rain, and nothing is screaming for my attention outside.
Except go for a stroll with Kaiser.
Haven't remarked on this before, but when we come back in the garage after a walk in the wet, I grab a small towel, he sits without me telling him, and looks up at me... and lifts one paw at a time for me to dry his feet before we go upstairs.
I think that's cool.
None of Roz' cats are remotely inclined to please me or ever do what I want, or demonstrate any manner of loyalty, much less obedience.
And that's why German Shepherds are better than cats.
Bet you haven't thought about that this morning before now, have you?
You're welcome.

Morning Keith & All from sunny, Southern Utah!

Currently, @ 8:40AM, it's already 61F, up from 47F and heading for 79F. No breeze yet, but later, the winds will be out of the N @ 12 to 21mph. It's just going to get warmer over the next couple of days. At least they are showing some possible rain the week after next. We'll keep our fingers crossed!

My Walmart drag came in yesterday. I'll have to add some weight to it. As it stands, it's just too light.

Once Chris wakes, we'll get some breakfast. I'll still have to wash it down with a Pepsi. :wine2:

Anyone :bl13:, have a great day on the roads! :hat3:
