I bought a pair of Sidi Strada rain boot from Motostrano (www.motostrano.com) I am lucky enough to be in the area to visit the store.
Pros:
No break in! The boots were an instant perfect fit. Really!
Feel great to walk around in. Feel even better to ride in. So good that I just leave them on sometimes when I am at work. Think about one of the better fitting shoes you have worn and you will know these boots. However, given these boots are $200+ I suggest a swap to shoes during the day when you are not riding.
They really are waterproof. Splash through puddle on the bike. Walk through puddle off the bike. Your feet stay dry. But more importantly they also breathe too.
Excellent foot and ankle support. These boots have the arch support many other brand and styles lack.
Excellent protection without the over-the-top track look.
Fit like a glove. An excellent quality of these boots is they will not get in the way when shifting.
The size chart conversion Sidi provides is realistic for an American foot. I find that some other brands brands fit about a 1/2 size small when you use their chart. Not so for Sidi, it is spot on.
Subtle styling. I can drop slacks over the top of the boots and get away with wearing them to a meeting.
No compromise warranty. If you have a factory problem Sidi will make it right, period.
Cons:
Cost a little more.
The boots do have a little bit of the "trackish look". But not more so than other euro touring boots.
Can be difficult to locate at local stores. Sidi maintains geographic areas for vendors and shops I think they set a limit of at least 20 miles. So finding these boots can be a problem. For the SF Bay Area Peninsula Scuderia West and Motostrano are the dealers.
Even with the cons I like these boots so much that I bought a second pair so that I can alternate pairs during the week. I am a daily rider year round on my 1998 ST 1100A.
