ST restored....

Thank you all for the complements ! I'm glad that you like the bike.
I'm quite proud of it !
The bike generated quite some attention at the BMW MOA rally in West Bend. :03biker:

I know I have the "copilot" on each ride.....

John, what a memory you have !

I sold the '92 ST with a "new" RR and as far as I know there were no more problems....

I'll do the upgrade on this bike I think, as I plan on keeping it for a while.

Don, I can point the parts from you....:)

Cheers,

Hi Peter. It's not memory, I just have a good addressbook entry. Thought you might be asking for my 40amp alt upgrade tool kit for your '92. It's still available if you want to borrow it for your current ST. The kit was just used for its 50th successful upgrade. It has a genuine Lewis-Pin in it, made the man himself. Works pretty slick. Lemme know...

He , he.. not sure why the garage looks familiar to you , Jeff....

Actually this is Jef's garage. And it wouldn't be complete without a beer and soda dispensers...next to welder, sand blaster etc....

And again, Jeff - thank you so much for all your help ! :bow1:

Hi Craig  !

Cheers,

P.S.

Sorry, I'm off to NY this weekend.....

You mentioned that the seat is from Bagster. Is there a US distributor that you went through to order it? If so can you provide the contact info?

Thanks

I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for an answer if I were you . Took me a little while to figure out that this is a four year old thread. ;)

Just realized that I've been inside that garage. Jeff's got a really nice workshop in there...

Oooops ! Sorry, it's been a while since I visited this thread...

The Bagster was imported to the US by CIMA Intl. ... the same company that imports the Nolan helmets.
They may still be the importer for Bagster.

Thank you for all the kind words.
