Well I read too fast and assumed 1100. 1300 only has 2. Thanks for the correction Andrew.
Welp, Im looking to replace these along with my rear tire here soon. I'll see what I can find in bulk over here in the states, unless someone has a good source or better has the trio on hand I'll buy from to make comparisons or semi-scientific analysis.

red ones showed zero stock and made of polyurethane. I'm looking at Buna-N/nitrile.

Okay, follow up question: the dimensions that are shown are they listing the OD or ID?
according to the web metric O-rings are generally spec'd by ID and cross-sectional dimension.
This place has the 61x2.0, and for the other two they have sizes very close. Looks like with minimum order you'll spend about $5 per O-ring size, around $15 total.

I have new OEM rings on order to gauge their hardness, but will take a week or so...the small one is hard to find.
If I can get within +0.05/-0.00mm it should be acceptable for replacement.
