It occurred to me that I still have various snippets of information that I have only half documented. Now I no longer have an ST1300 - I thought I'd better do some colouring in and write up some stuff that I have found out before I forget about it.
Attached is a pdf. Download it, keep it. You won't need it until you need it, if you undestand what I mean. It is aimed at the ABS version of the ST1300 which has brake lines going all over the place.
Nice pretty coloured diagrams - shamelessly reproduced from the Honda 2003-2004 Parts Catalogue - showing exactly which brake lines go where, what they connect to, where the connections are on the bike and what the various components do. There are 7 copied b/w diagrams - for purposes of education I think that this may be allowed.
It's 13 landscape pages - the images on the right will give you an idea - each page has hyperlinks to other pages in the document - to make it easy to easy to follow the notes for a particular line.
