ST1300 LED Headlight Bulbs?

The H-4 Auxito bulbs look to be properly designed in accordance with previous threads regarding emitter position and the shield. It looks like the base is designed to act as a heat sink. Interesting that there's no pic of a ballast/driver box. My G2s have one and it wasn't a big deal for me. But if they built a better bulb without one...

I'd like to see bulbs designed at <6500K. My G2s are claimed to be 6500K and long night driving isn't ideal. Blue-white is a little taxing. I don't think their example of 5500K halogens is accurate.

Manufacturers have long made claims of 50K hour lifespans but that seems doubtful for many of these LED bulbs. Without a fan or significant passive heatsink how long will these last? How long will they be available. More than a couple members here can tell you the LED bulbs they bought back when are no longer available. It some cases that's probably a good thing. They seem to be getting better. Right now these are on sale for $32/pr. That seems a pretty fair deal. These blubs will get more expensive soon if they're even available when this supply runs out.

If you like how they work it might be worthwhile to grab another pair or two. Keep us posted on how well they work and what you like/don't like about them. Many of these bulbs appear to be one-off runs. The supply runs out and the bulb is never seen again. There may be a manufacturer's upgrade or you may have to find another manufacturer's bulb.

$250/pr for bulbs seems way excessive without knowing a lot more about them. If that's for lamps that still seems pricey but sometimes a design is just perfect for an individual's application. It'd be nice to have some more details about them.
I will report back and agree, if they work well I may grab a few for future spares.

Not sure if they're made in the US or not, but all their stuff is at least designed in house by them. They're all one unit which is nice.

I've used a lot of their other LEDs and have never had an issue. I also use their HIDs in my car, they work well.
