Yes the two 5W position lights described above.
I wouldn't call them parking lights as they have no ability to function as such as most cars do. Well at least on NA ST1300s. Maybe in Japan? UK? EU? My 305/CL77 had the ability to turn on the tail light when in the ACC position but it was a battery killer. I don't remember any of my later other Hondas doing that. But you know — the little gray cells. None of mine had position lights in the front until the ST.
The IGN switch's ACC position doesn't do anything for NA bikes that I know of. Maybe it energizes the quartet harness along with the IGN position? Maybe controls power to the radio option? I dunno. Still not a great idea for the SST1300's battery.
Anyway I don't remember doing anything special other than carefully reaching in and around grabbing the rubber socket and pulling it out to change the lights. Care has to be taken putting the bulbs and socket back in. Being rubber they don't have the solid structure of any of the bike's other light sockets. So it's possible to put the bulb too deep into the socket and miss the contacts. It's also possible to squeeze the bulb out of the socket and spit it into the headlight housing when trying to reinstall the socket. Then it needs to be retrieved requiring stiff wire and some tape and lots of patience and dexterity. Fine motor skills wouldn't hurt. Or some luck. DAMHIKT.
