Today’s forecast:
bitter, with a 100% chance of refills and unnecessary emails... :coffee:

G'Day...

14°/27°C (57°/80°F)... talk about shock therapy... ;)
only a few clouds, there may be rain during the night... 🌤️ 🌧️

home Nespresso... ☕

brief debate in the hallway what to wear...
ze GF (nurturing a slight cold obviously 'obtained' from the grandkid) selected her Rukka Gore stitches... 👩‍🚀
me in my Rev'it mesh with thermal liner, felt absolutely comfortable... 😎

office Nescafé... :coffee:
(still don't trust that fully automatic coffee abomination in the break room/kitchen...)

the '94 ST seems to run a tad on the lean side, actually requiring choke for a while longer then just firing up...
but once fully warmed running real smooth and silky...

and now on to the daily craziness at this place... pfffff... 😖

Good morning everyone

Thanks for the coffee, Martin.

It's 55°F and sunny in Rockville, with sunny skies and a high of 79 predicted. Another basically perfect day for any outdoor activity that doesn't require snow. I'll try for a bicycle ride.

Stay safe and well everyone and tell your dear ones you love them. Do it today, NOW, for tomorrow may be too late.

Good morning everyone, to the day before Wednesday, two days before Thursday, three days before Friday, four days before Saturday, five days before Sunday, and just to round it out, 365 days before Wednesday June 16th, 2027.

It's one degree above 14C, headed to one degree above 23. The Sun will be just after the clouds.

The Scirocco (Ted was correct) sold last evening (the night before tonight.) All that's left is driving it to the shipping company on Thursday morning (the day after Wednesday.) Today (the day after yesterday) will be to take a portion of said funds to by a new mower.

Does it look angry to you?

Other than that, the day is young. Let's see what excitement we can get into today, shall we?

Enjoy!

Obo.

I'd say it's got attitude
Thanks for the start I'm having some carburetor issues myself back burner stuff at the moment, in the fullness of time I tell myself while it sits in the corner for another six months
Had a couple of hot days here on the lower mainland, nothing too serious mid June and still getting by without AC
Was a muggy one yesterday on the 22nd floor roof of somewhere downtown, a bit of cloud over I think kept the temperature down from previous days in around 30C and muggy
Will switch plates over to the blackbird and run a tank of gas through it for good measure hopefully get out for a couple hours tonight
Cooler weather and cooler heads; all the grumpy people home by then
Wish everyone safe riding if you're able to get out

Dunno... lacks a bit in 'shirt-sleeved agriculture' appearance IMO... ;)

our (way smaller) autonomous L15 imitates the stance of a harvester...
(which reminds me to refill the grease packing of the drive gears... it starts to sound like a tiny Sherman...)

Good morning and thanks for the coffee, Martin.

It's partly sunny and 54, rising to 76, later.
Another nice day..

Yesterday, I visited the gym and not much else.

Today, we'll pack, so we can drive to the track in Loudon Wednesday morning.
There might be something else, but I can't think of it right now.

Enjoy your day ,
Steve

Morning all, thanks again Martin.
Rain all day today, even now. Runoff elections today, they expect 10% voter turnout.
Unbelievable.
And sad beyond words, even for loquacious me.
Sunday I joined a gym, but my dear wife had to look and look and look for the two Fitbits I've bought her, and she only found one. I found the charger, but no box or instructions for it.
I charged it, but it's not syncing to my phone. Apparently, you need the app to use it? The app could identify it, or Bluetooth, if it would only sync. There's just an occasional flashing green LED on the back, which tells me next to nothing.
I've spent 30 minutes online and can't ID the model, it hasn't been used in 2 years, likely longer.
I did find an old HRM I used to use for swimming and cycling. Hasn't been used in at least as long.
Need to get Kaiser out for a potty break before I leave for work, but we'll both get soaked. He stays home all day, darn it.
I'll have to work a little harder this morning to find my upbeat, cheersome attitude.
Maybe it's in a drawer somewhere with that old Fitbit box...
Whatever you do, always give 100%.
Unless you're giving blood.

A little later... I used Google Lens to learn it's a Charge 3 model.
But it's charged, and still won't sync with my phone or the Google Health app (formerly the Fitbit app, but Google bought Fitbit.)
I guess the upside is, I've managed to live my whole life without a Fitbit.
Apparently, it's NOT a requirement for survival.

Good morning and thank you for the morning start. 64 right now in Cody Wyoming going to 87 later in the day but I will be down the road.

Camped on Chief Joseph last night.

Enjoy your day and be safe out there.

Thanks for the memories. In 2022 I bicycled west to east over Lolo then Lost Trail / Chief Joseph and Passes. Lots of time spent going up, up, up, much less time going down down down.

Beautiful country.

G'dafternoon from the office! Well watch and weep boys & girls. This is my be-all end-all mower, and the same model I picked up for free and replaced the motor bearings.

I know, jealous right? It's okay, I'm sure your eqpt is just fine...for you.

In regular news, the coffee was and is fantabulous as always, thanks Martin. Traffic was almost tolerable, and the weather is ahhhmazing 77F/25C. Tonight is another theater night at the first one, tomorrow will be back to the second. Then I hope they will both be set as it's too much driving.

If you give a s**t, give 100%. Take care y'all!
