Thursday Coffee/Weather

So…..

I start get dressed to leave the ferry and swing the airbag vest around. I hear this loud bang. Yep. I must have swung it just right and bumped it just so; the darn thing inflated.

Now I have to buy a new cartridge…well given this experience, probably two so I have a spare.

♂️

I blame inflation....

Still, that's the best way you could of tested it.

-8/-10 and sunny, headed to 1/-3.

It's not above freezing, but will be.
Evening update:

Well, it might have gotten up to +1 today, but we got a blizzard this afternoon, which lasted for about 4 hours. The drive home was treacherously snowy and icy, with multiple vehicles (not mine - phew) off the road. I came home on unused back roads, just poking along. The highway was backed up both lanes in each direction and not moving. Hills were impassible for most folks with all season tires and no awd. I was about half way thru snow blowing the yard when it turned to ice pellets, and by the time I was finished I was soaked with freezing rain. I got in and dried off, only for Mrs Obo to tell me there was a drain blockage in the in-law's suite and the kitchen sink was backing up into the bathroom sink. Luckily I have a large manual drain auger, as well as a small drain weasel and a toilet snake. I might not be handsome, but at least I'm handy.

So, how's your night going?

Good evening, So yeah, trip to Birch Bay went smoothly, bit of a wait to cross into the U.S. about a half hour. No new disasters in the trailer home. Had a good dinner at" The Beach house restaurant" dang good Boston clam chowder soup. Coming home no line up at the border, and passed thru in less than a minute. Now what to do with the rest of the night? Cheers G
