Our weather is not nearly as bad as yours but not great. Got out for 35 miles. Had the roads to myself.

55 in CT today.....unbelievable. I had bugs on my face shield.

Todd, I am visiting my daughter in Bellevue. She is wondering where the beautiful picture was taken? As usual, rain and clouds here.

Gotta go 4.5 hours east to Lake Roosevelt, the Columbia river behind Grand Coulee Dam. We are about 35 miles up river from the dam at 7 Bays. Come check it out.

Nice place. I once worked for the upper Columbia River project about 10 years ago. There were mining tailings issues in the reservoir from a Canadian mine cross the border. I guess they are still working on it.

Yea...that issue will go on forever. Amazing how much damage man can do in such a short amount of time. The fish are OK to eat, they keep a close eye on that. We are about 80 miles down river from the Canadian border, so that that issue is some distance away. Here's the same shot on the 4th of July.

That all looks like here. 6-7 inches fell Monday and another inch today so riding is done for THIS year. Next week may be better. Expecting a low of 11 deg F in the morning. Expecting low 30s next week so maybe the roads will be better and able to take the bike on then. Too much slush and ice now.

Had a high of 15 degrees today......but sunny again. Suppose to hit 1 degree tonight.

Todd, you're on the wrong side of the mountains. I had a very pleasant sunny ride on New Year's Day to try out my new heated gloves (thanks Smash!). None of that white stuff to slow down us We(s)t-siders. :-D

Yea I figured that out....on the wet side now. Looking forward to getting the forks done on the 03 and testing it out.
Here's what it looked like three days ago driving to Davenport thru the upper dry land wheat fields just 10 minutes from the house.

I am feeling it. I picked up my bike in the snow (see photo) and it has been in 20's or below since. Yesterday the temp went up and now snow/rain/black ice Sucks when all you want is dry roads and above freezing temps for a quick 200 mile loop. I forgot, the loop I ride has been closed twice for rock slides

NOT TOO SNOWY TODAY! Got the 06 out yesterday.........
Rode south till I hit freezing fog, then turned North till I hit too much ice and snow on the road.
