Good morning, everyone. There’s a fresh pot of Folgers ready for your enjoyment, so help yourselves.

Another cool morning at 45, with mostly cloudy skies partial clearing and 72 for the afternoon.

Yesterday, I fired up the mower, but the grass was still to wet, so I’ll try again today. Then, an application of fertilizer and some lime, should finish up my chores for today.

John

Good morning everyone

Thanks for the Folgers, John.

It's a humid, partly cloudy, very soggy 60°F in Rockville after a night of off-and-on thundershowers that dropped about 2 inches of much-needed, very welcome rain. The clouds will hang around but evidently we're done with rain for the day. We'll top out around 70° but I expect it'll feel somewhat warmer thanks to all the moisture in the air.

Yesterday's session at the goof course resulted a a new personal record low score. It's still far too high to be proud of, and I was playing an easy course from the advanced tees (Old Guy golf, you know) so there'll have to be an asterisk next to it in the record book, but it was still very gratifying.

Today I'll head to my friend's house for ukulele playing, then wander around aimlessly for the rest of the day.

Stay safe and well everyone and tell your dear ones you love them. Do it today, NOW, for tomorrow may be too late.

Thx John!
Lawn mowing for me too.
Metoo?
Oh dear..

10˚c/50f, sunny, cold wind, it blows the blossoms off our plum trees, so the harvest later will be poor.
I see a famine in my future.

Cooking.
Loading the trailer with shite to go to the dump tomorrow, perhaps.

@STinner Are you able to sleep at all before Thursday..? Congrats!

Have a good one!
Stu

Todays situation looking south…..it’s colder than it appears.

Thank you John. May Gray is hanging in there at 54°, the sun may make an appearance for a short while between 0700 and 1100 and the temperature will top out at 68°. Our landscaping company takes care of all the lawn mowing and shrub trimming here in our retirement community, so none of that pesky stuff is left to us. Ciao.

I might not be totally sane,
but all my personalities agree on coffee...

G'Day...

6°/11°C today, the rain finally tuned back to a drizzle...

Office, dull, working out projects...

Short week for me, GF planned some domestic rides, well considered outside any bank holiday weekends, so we don't have to face many tourists...
Gonna leave tomorrow, so we'll have to pack tonight... 5 day out...

cheers!

Good morning, and thanks for the coffee start, John.
Happy seis de Mayo, everyone.

It's cloudy and 52 in MA this morning, rising to 64, later.
We're told to expect rain and thunder this morning and later this afternoon/evening.

Yesterday's track day was WET. I was told to expect all sorts of carnage at the turn that I was assigned, but at least THAT didn't happen. It was kind of low-key, and the riders mostly kept things reasonable. I saw a VFR 1200 and a Versis out there, among the sport bikes. Also an older Moto Guzzi.

During the morning, I got a text from my friend, telling me that the door that I attached a new screen on had FALLEN OFF THE HOUSE! Apparently, all the nails they used went somewhere other than in wood...

Today, I'll head to a Rheumathologist appointment, shop, and eventually head out to our monthly First Tuesday gathering.

Enjoy the day!
Steve

Good morning all!
Thank you for a much appreciated start John!
@STinner, I can feel the excitement building!
Congratulations, and thank you for your sense of humour!
A pal & I are heading out for breakfast shortly, then it’s back to work on cribbing.
Currently 55/62 F with occasional rain, the breeze is ENE.
Enjoy your Tuesday!

good morning all. thanks for the coffee John. 51F on the dog walk with cloudy sky's and few stars. it was raining when I went to bed but dry when I went for my walk.
yesterday the old Subaru passed the emission test. so I'm good for another 2 years. have a hearing appointment at 10 this morning and nothing after that so I'll find something to keep me out of the wife's hair. high will be 69F so I might hide out in the garage. enjoy the day

stay safe

Good morning, all, and thanks for getting the first pot going, John!

It's another soggy morning here, so it's pretty gloomy out there, but at least it's greening things up. 13°C/55°F is our current temp, and 22°C/72°F will be the day's high, but that will feel a tad warmer with the humidity. The sun will make a brief appearance this afternoon, but then the clouds close in again and there will be more rain and a risk of thunderstorms this evening/night.

Must get to a few things today that I was too tired to do yesterday, so I'll leave you all with my good wishes for an excellent day. Stay safe and go safely.

Patty

Thanks for the coffee this morning. I am a bit late as I slept in. 49 degrees on my kitchen porch here in Aurora. Rain just started, a bit late from the weather liars predictions. This guy as been sitting all morning patiently waiting for breakfast to run by and maybe some coffee. :) My question is. Is he a hawk or a falcon or?

Morning John & All from a wet Southern Utah!

Yep, the rain has hit the ground. so far we have had at least a half inch and today, there's more to come, but probably less than a .1" . Currently it is 50F, up from 44F and heading for 52F. A slight breeze and later we'll see the winds from the NNE @ 10 to 17mph.

Yesterday, Chris made it home mid afternoon. She had lots of water on the roads, so, I was glad to see she made it home okay. All she could do was to complain about how sore she was from all the stuff they had to do (move tables, sewing machines, etc.) so I reminded her about what she told me when I come back from my motorcycle rides, on how sore I am. So she quit complaining! :rofl1:

I'm not sure what I'll be doing today, maybe I'll go play with the AZ05 and get some more done on it.

Boiled eggs, toast, bacon & OJ to start the morning. Pepsi(s) will be had later.

Anyone :bl13:, have a great day on the roads! :hat3:
