Well, I'd make sure you know a lot about the camera before you buy. The CCD technology has been dribbling into the bullet cam areas for a while now and the prices are beginning to become very affordable.
What bothers me is that they make a big deal about their "rubber-to metal-to-rubber" mount anti-vibration system - in a way that makes you think it's their design. It's not - the item pictured is produced by RAM and available now for about $15. I've probably a half dozen in my closet right now and another 20 stashed in race cars all over the midwest. The RAM mount is really the key to any good rider video. If you don't have a good, vibration free, view of the action you want - the rest of the components are useless.
In fact, a smart video shopper can assemble most of that kit for about $150 now. Here's a tip - those lenses are sold at almost every special products security store that installs video surveillance systems. The only unique/attractive part of that entire package is the power unit, and I bet Radio Shack could help you out there for under $45.
Good luck with your project.
