Experience from those who have the book... Is this a good book about the ST1100 and worth the money?

I don't have good experience with Haynes manuals, Clymer is better. But I really like Honda's OEM ones which I had for a -13 CB500X. OEM Honda service manual ST1100 1991-2001 ... expensive as used
It can be a hit or miss with any of them (even Honda has errors in their manuals. ;))
I think Clymer is much more thorough than Haynes from my experience.
I've got all three and sometimes find myself looking at all three just to see what's what.
There is probably an 'online' version of the Honda one floating around somewhere ...

I wouldn’t bother with a review book (I was given a similar book for the MR2 Spyder I have)- nice book, but I leafed through it and it’s been sitting on a shelf in my closet since. There’s enough YouTube videos and articles online to keep any ST owner occupied for quite a while, so the above book is pretty unnecessary. Completely agree with getting the shop manual as you have to be your own advocate for keeping an old bike on the road, since many dealerships won’t touch them (although independent shops likely will).
