What's the difference between ABS/TCS in pre- and post-1996 ST1100s?

Title sez it all... What, if anything, is the difference between the ABS/TCS braking systems (and/or the bikes in general, other than the 40 amp alternator) in pre- and post-1996 ST110s?

The '96 and later bikes have ABS II, Honda's second generation system, and linked brakes. Along with the linked brakes comes 3-piston (instead of two) calipers and slightly different rotors. I think the TCS worked the same both before and after '96
 
ABS II has the following
Improved ECU
Linked brakes
Greater braking power
change from 41mm to 43mm forks
larger front tire and wider rim
