Where I have been all summer!

On August 4th, I took a spill in the parking area of my Lodge (grass covered).
It was wet from morning dew and because of getting a bit too much throttle, Bike walked right out from under me.
Just some slight cosmetic damage to lower engine cover, but my boot caught on the seat and twisted the opposite way.
Broke both the Fibia and Tibia just above the ankle.
Spent 8 weeks with this metal contraption ( X-Fix) and now face another six months of PT to get back to close to where I was.

Ouch! Best wishes for a rapid and full recovery. Glad the bike came off comparatively lightly.

Engine guard/highway blade caught the worst of it, scratches/gouges from the gravel under the grass.
