Hi Guys
Does anyone know where I can get the rubber grommets that are fitted to the windshield vent holes?

Your dealer or online parts source for Honda OEM parts. From the Ron Ayers website’s ‘Windscreen’ fiche (Link):

Right side:
MOLDING, R. SCREEN AIR IN. 64105-MAJ-G00

Left side:
MOLDING, L. SCREEN AIR IN. 64115-MAJ-G00

But IMHO, why bother? They’re just cosmetic and serve no other purpose, TTBOMK

I understood their purpose was to prevent water from flowing through those holes while riding in the rain, as much as possible.

They prevent the water that runs up the windshield from the bottom from blowing through the hole and hitting the rider.
The seal around the top of the windshield performs the same function. It is surprising how well that little seal redirects water.

Thanks for the info Chaps. I think I'll order a couple of new ones. my 'inherited' 98 ST1100 needs a bit of TLC, so looking forward to learning a lot from this site.
