drained the crankcase and replaced the filter... where's the oil filler?
No kidding!!I'm liking my 1100 more and more.
My bad, it was in the general section ( ) and I mistakenly moved to the 1100 section ( ).. now in the 1300 section ( ). ... maybe instant coffee doesn't actually work ( ).It would have helped if this wasn't in the ST1100 section!
No problem, I can't even find the crank handle on my 1300.My bad, it was in the general section ( ) and I mistakenly moved to the 1100 section ( ).. not in the 1300 seciton ( ). ... maybe instant coffee doesn't actually work ( ).

First poster said he had a crankcase. I think I got the model with the "bottom end".you have a crank handle? I have been looking for the pull cord!
ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS open the fill hole before the Drain hole. This is especially true on the final drive pumpkin.drained the crankcase and replaced the filter... where's the oil filler?
Excellent point. Also, its better to break the fill nut off and put black tape over the hole while waiting for a new valve adjustment cover to replace the original fill nut.ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS open the fill hole before the Drain hole. This is especially true on the final drive pumpkin.
Many have drained the final only to crack/break or be unable to loosen the fill nut.
Thank you, Joe, for acknowledging the obvious. My bad, it was in the general section ( ) and I mistakenly moved to the 1100 section ( ).. now in the 1300 section ( ). ... maybe instant coffee doesn't actually work ( ).
