40 amp upgrade wiring

Red wire bypass done. (geez, how easy is that). The other three connectors look good so I filed, DeOxit'ed, dielectric'ed them (male and female) and just kept em in the pink 4P for now.

Still getting around 14.75 at idle though. Don't know what to make of that.

My upgrade wiring thread changed course a bit!

Hi Dean,
If any of those VR wires on it plug-in got hot enough to dis-color the copper wire back aways under the sheathing, there's your resistance. It would have to be cut back to shiney wire before re-connected;)
